a.Middle class property investors who are professionals
b.Scandinavians (Denmark, Finland, Norway), Italy, Greek, Polish, Russians, Singapore, Hong Kong, UK, (Germans ?)
3.Keep the setup costs down or alternatively spread the costs over time (to manage our cash flow)
4.Keep cost per lead low (for example by leveraging organic links and having high SEO positioning)
5.Optional and to be discussed: Ability to expand the website in the future
Requirements
1.We will require a new design (we very much like your golf site so some of that design could be re-used)
2.Languages
a.English as primary language
3.Devoted sections to Sales and Rentals (book rental apartments online)
